Sunrise was named one of the Top 10 in The Edge Top Property Developers Awards 2009, making it the seventh year running since the award’s inception in 2003.
The annual ranking is based on quantitative and qualitative attributes, with Sunrise
taking the 15th rank in quantitative attributes and moving up to the overall No 1 position in qualitative attributes. Amongst the five qualitative attributes, Sunrise is ranked No 1 for Product Quality, Image, Expertise, No. 2 for Value Creation for Buyers and No. 3 for Innovation & Creativity.
