Chef William Tan’s baking demo on 11 February 2010 at Sunrise Fun Zone was well attended by 23 residents from Japan, Taiwan, Australia, India, China and Malaysia.

He imparted valuable baking tips on how to make the perfect Buttery Suji Cake, followed by two types of cookies - Classic Cranberries Oatmeal and Coconut Chip. Earlybirds received free Amul Butter samples
