The Korean Japchae cooking class in April seemed to have spark off a budding interest in residents of Sunrise Mont'Kiara. Some fans of Korean cuisine came back in May to learn how to make DUCKBOKE. This is a traditional dish of healthy stir fried rice cake.

Three types of Duckboke were introduced with different sauces and mix of vegetables. Certainly an easy-to-do dish for those who are health conscious and want an alternative to meaty dishes. If you can't get enough of Korean cooking, learn to cook another dish, WHITE KIMCHI this 15 June at Sunrise Fun Zone. Register yourself for a minimal fee of RM5 by contacting 6203 3584.
