The Sunrise Education Foundation (SEF) raised a total of RM486,529.88 from its inaugural SEF Fundraising Dinner held at Sime Darby Convention Centre recently. The event was organised to raise funds for the Foundation to provide financial assistance to deserving students from diverse backgrounds in primary, secondary and tertiary educational institutions from across the country.

This year, the Sunrise Education Foundation (the Foundation) will organise its inaugural Sunrise Education Foundation Fundraising Dinner on 17 July 2011. The event will seek to raise funds for the Foundation’s coffer to benefit deserving primary, secondary and tertiary students from different localities within Malaysia with diverse backgrounds including orphans, children of single parents and the Orang Asli community.

Approximately 200 residents of Sunrise Mont’Kiara and members of the public attended mass Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training sessions organised by Sunrise Berhad at Plaza Mont’Kiara.
